Everyone's thought... "I have to eat crap when I travel."
Soooooo not true. If you need the tips and tricks to eating well on the road please reach out to me or check out the tips below:
I always travel with a cute lunch bag like this when I'm driving, or in my carry-on. You can see it's cheap too!
*If I am driving I pack lots of waters, flavored waters, iced coffee---lots of healthy choices from home that save me from buying $$$ shit on the road
*If I am flying, I drink one of those healthy beverages before I get to the airport, on the way, to keep hydrated
*I always pack some healthy protein/snack bars
*I pack nuts, and or a nut bar mix I've made at home
*Gum or/and mints, my ADD kicks in and I have to keep busy
*I always pack my own keto creamers from home, then I can get black coffee and make my own concoction
*I will pack leftover veggies if I have easy ones to snack on, maybe a piece of fruit
*Always pack dark chocolate. When I am closing out a busy travel day, a little bit of dark chocolate just tastes great!
These are my go-to's. Hope you can incorporate these into your travel routine!
